OTO
An autonomous AI engineering workflow designed to move from a software objective to planned, executed and verified work. Developed and tested internally on real projects; still a work in progress.
Creative production / Software systems
I cut game trailers, build games, and develop the tools and automation behind the work.
More than a decade in video production. Now building workflows and autonomous systems around the same instinct: make complicated work feel simple.

FlyzAI / Selected systems
An AI development workflow, three post-production utilities and practical Home Assistant integrations. I build and refine these because I use them.

Silence Remover, Mixer Transfer and Marker Importer: practical utilities built from recurring editing problems. Less repetitive timeline work, more predictable handoffs between creative tools.
Custom Home Assistant improvements, energy visibility, device control and self-hosted routines. Small improvements to the systems I actually live with and maintain.
About / Mustafa Uçar
I've spent more than a decade editing videos and designing motion for games. The tools I build now come from the same place: seeing where creative and technical work gets stuck, then finding a way through.
These days I split my time between production, game development and autonomous engineering systems. OTO is an early internal prototype, not a finished product. I build and test it on actual software work, learning what makes these systems dependable over time.
The model or machine is a choice made for the task. What matters to me is whether the work can be repeated, checked and trusted in practice.
Game trailers, esports work and motion design. Over a decade of editing, from the first cut through the final delivery.
Selected work in progressFPV flights, builds and the footage that comes back from them. Filmed, edited and kept as a record of the ride.
OngoingGame prototypes and cooperative horror experiments, from early systems to playable worlds.
